Suisse \u00bb. L\u2019objectif est que le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ne tienne pas compte de cet arr\u00eat. Ainsi, une majorit\u00e9 du Conseil des \u00c9tats ne veut pas seulement s&#8217;accommoder sciemment d&#8217;une violation du droit, mais porte \u00e9galement atteinte \u00e0 la protection des droits humains dans son ensemble.<\/strong><\/p><p>De plus en plus de forces politiques, en Suisse et \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger, ne veulent plus se conformer \u00e0 aucune r\u00e8gle en mati\u00e8re de droit p\u00e9nal ou de droit international, et d\u00e9l\u00e9gitiment ainsi le droit. Prot\u00e9ger les droits humains ne signifie pas seulement reconna\u00eetre ces droits de mani\u00e8re abstraite, mais aussi respecter les jugements des tribunaux y relatifs. Le fait qu&#8217;aujourd\u2019hui, une majorit\u00e9 remette cela en question et veuille tout simplement ignorer un jugement contraignant pour la Suisse a de quoi inqui\u00e9ter.<\/p><p>\u00ab\u00a0Pour affaiblir la protection du climat, le Conseil des \u00c9tats porte atteinte \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00c9tat de droit et s&#8217;attaque \u00e0 la protection des droits humains\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le co-pr\u00e9sident du PS Suisse C\u00e9dric Wermuth. \u00ab\u00a0La protection du climat est l\u2019un des plus grands d\u00e9fis de notre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Au lieu de la renforcer, le Conseil des \u00c9tats veut maintenant affaiblir la protection des droits humains dans son ensemble.
