Suisse<\/em>\u2009\u00bb. Les deux chambres s\u2019opposent ainsi sciemment \u00e0 un arr\u00eat juridiquement contraignant et nuisent \u00e0 la protection des droits humains dans son ensemble. Le PS Suisse continuera \u00e0 s\u2019engager pour la reconnaissance de l\u2019arr\u00eat de la CEDH, pour les droits humains et pour la protection du climat.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Par ses d\u00e9clarations, l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e f\u00e9d\u00e9rale veut ignorer un arr\u00eat contraignant de la Cour europ\u00e9enne des droits de l\u2019homme, et affaiblit ainsi sciemment la protection des droits humains. Cela nous inqui\u00e8te beaucoup\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le co-pr\u00e9sident du PS Suisse C\u00e9dric Wermuth. Apr\u00e8s que le Conseil des \u00c9tats a d\u00e9j\u00e0 adopt\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re une d\u00e9claration contre l\u2019arr\u00eat de la CEDH \u00ab\u2009<em>Verein KlimaSenior:innen Schweiz et autres c. Suisse<\/em>\u2009\u00bb, le Conseil national a \u00e9galement adopt\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui une d\u00e9claration. L\u2019objectif\u2009: le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral ne doit pas tenir compte de cet arr\u00eat.<\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus de forces politiques en Suisse et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger ne veulent pas se conformer aux r\u00e8gles du droit international et d\u00e9l\u00e9gitiment ainsi les engagements internationaux pris par la Suisse. Prot\u00e9ger les droits humains ne signifie pas seulement reconna\u00eetre ces droits de mani\u00e8re abstraite, mais aussi respecter les d\u00e9cisions judiciaires en la mati\u00e8re. \u00ab\u2009La protection du climat est l\u2019un des plus grands d\u00e9fis de notre g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Au lieu de le renforcer, le Parlement veut maintenant affaiblir la protection des droits humains dans son ensemble.
