\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tLe Groupe socialiste des Chambres f\u00e9d\u00e9rales a donn\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui un signal fort en faveur du maintien de l\u2019apprentissage de deux langues nationales \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire. Le Groupe socialiste d\u00e9montre ainsi son attachement \u00e0 la coh\u00e9sion nationale. Sous les slogans \u00abIch bin auch ein Romand\u00bb, \u00ab Je suis aussi suisse-italienne \u00bb, \u00ab Sono anche svizzera-tedesca \u00bb ou encore \u00ab Era il rumantsch exista \u00bb, le PS a plaid\u00e9 en faveur d\u2019une Suisse polyglotte, qui m\u00e9rite d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9fendue et renforc\u00e9e. Le PS entend inscrire dans la loi sur les langues l\u2019apprentissage d\u2019une seconde langue nationale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire, dans tous les cantons\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u00ab La Suisse est, \u00e0 raison, tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re de sa diversit\u00e9 culturelle. Celle-ci se d\u00e9cline notamment au travers de ses diff\u00e9rentes langues \u00bb, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 Andy Tsch\u00fcmperlin, chef du Groupe socialiste des Chambres f\u00e9d\u00e9rales, au cours de l\u2019action men\u00e9e aujourd\u2019hui sur la place f\u00e9d\u00e9rale \u00e0 Berne. Cette diversit\u00e9 est remise en cause, notamment par l\u2019abandon des cours de fran\u00e7ais en primaire dans certains cantons al\u00e9maniques. Il ne s\u2019agit pas que d\u2019une question de compr\u00e9hension linguistique, mais \u00e9galement de compr\u00e9hension culturelle. Le PS veut donc emp\u00eacher le d\u00e9tachement progressif de certaines r\u00e9gions et maintenir une identit\u00e9 multiculturelle du pays en incluant le respect des diff\u00e9rentes langues.<\/p>

La population a accept\u00e9 \u00e0 86% l\u2019article sur la formation et donc, l\u2019harmonisation des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019\u00e9ducation. Les cantons de Nidwald ou de Thurgovie violent donc cet article constitutionnel et la volont\u00e9 populaire, en d\u00e9cidant de supprimer les cours de fran\u00e7ais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire. Le Parti socialiste a d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 demand\u00e9 une modification la loi sur langues, par une initiative de la Commission de formation du Conseil national (CER-N). Le PS a \u00e9galement connu un succ\u00e8s devant cette Commission, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un postulat demandent le renforcement des \u00e9changes linguistiques.
