Il est donc tout &agrave; fait coh&eacute;rent pour le Parlement de d&eacute;cider d&rsquo;appliquer l&rsquo;article 121a sans remettre en question la voie bilat&eacute;rale.&nbsp;<p>L&rsquo;initiative RASA a &eacute;t&eacute; pens&eacute;e comme un filet de s&eacute;curit&eacute; pour pr&eacute;server les accords bilat&eacute;raux. C&rsquo;est pourquoi le PS n&rsquo;est pas ferm&eacute; au contre-projet.<\/p><p>Cependant, le PS n&rsquo;a pas pour but de simplement &laquo;&nbsp;r&eacute;parer&nbsp;&raquo; la Constitution, il entend aller plus loin. Rayer simplement les dispositions transitoires de l&rsquo;article 121a Cst ne constitue aucune plus-value. Le Parti est sur le principe favorable &agrave; un contre-projet &agrave; l&rsquo;initiative RASA qui vise &agrave; approfondir et d&eacute;velopper de bonnes relations avec l&rsquo;Union europ&eacute;enne.<\/p><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avec la loi d\u2019application de l\u2019article 121a Cst, le Parlement a r\u00e9solu la contradiction entre la Constitution et la voie bilat\u00e9rale. La prochaine \u00e9tape sera de consolider la protection des travailleuses et des travailleurs ainsi que les rapports avec l\u2019Europe.
