{"id":153776,"date":"2022-03-28T11:22:02","date_gmt":"2022-03-28T09:22:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.sp-ps.ch\/vorstoesse\/finanzdatenaustausch-im-inland\/"},"modified":"2022-03-28T11:22:02","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T09:22:02","slug":"finanzdatenaustausch-im-inland","status":"publish","type":"vorstoesse","link":"https:\/\/staging.sp-ps.ch\/fr\/vorstoesse\/finanzdatenaustausch-im-inland\/","title":{"rendered":"Finanzdatenaustausch im Inland"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Der Regierungsrat wird beauftragt, mit einer Standesinitiative beim Bund den Finanzdatenaus-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tausch im Inland zu fordern:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Im Bundesgesetz \u00fcber die Banken und Sparkassen muss Artikel 47 mit folgendem Absatz <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">erg\u00e4nzt werden: \u00ab<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">4bis<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> Ausk\u00fcnfte an die Steuerbeh\u00f6rden werden nicht unter Strafe gestellt.\u00bb<br \/>\n<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Begr\u00fcndung:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Mit den Sparpaketen 2014 und 2017 sind im Kanton Bern viele Leistungen und Vorhaben ge-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">k\u00fcrzt oder gar gestrichen worden. In den Regierungsrichtlinien wird verschiedentlich auf die an-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">gespannten finanziellen Rahmenbedingungen des Kantons hingewiesen. <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Nun hat der angek\u00fcndigte und seit Anfang 2019 in Kraft getretene Finanzdatenaustausch mit <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">dem Ausland unerwartet hohe Mehreinnahmen bei den Steuern gebracht. Verm\u00f6genswerte in <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Milliardenh\u00f6he sind gemeldet worden und k\u00f6nnen nun ordentlich versteuert werden. Es kann <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">vermutet werden, dass ein Finanzdatenaustausch auch im Inland zu h\u00f6heren Steuereinnahmen <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">f\u00fchren wird.
