{"id":153816,"date":"2022-03-28T09:15:59","date_gmt":"2022-03-28T07:15:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.sp-ps.ch\/vorstoesse\/kita-massnahmenpaket\/"},"modified":"2022-03-28T09:15:59","modified_gmt":"2022-03-28T07:15:59","slug":"kita-massnahmenpaket","status":"publish","type":"vorstoesse","link":"https:\/\/staging.sp-ps.ch\/fr\/vorstoesse\/kita-massnahmenpaket\/","title":{"rendered":"Kitas sind systemrelevant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Der Regierungsrat wird aufgeforder<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">t, ein Massnahmenpaket mit geeigneten L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr die <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">familienerg\u00e4nzende Kinderbetreuung im Kanton Z\u00fcrich zu verabschieden, damit Schliessun-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">gen von Kitas aufgrund langfristiger Folgen der Covid<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pandemie verhindert werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"page5R_mcid18\" class=\"markedContent\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Begr\u00fcndung:<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid19\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid20\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Die Lage in den Z\u00fcrcher Kindertagesst\u00e4tten ist \u00e4usserst schwierig. Das Betreuungspersonal <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ist stark belastet, die Neu<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Anmeldungen gehen markant zur\u00fcck. Finanziell befinden sich viele <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Organisationen in einer schwierigen Situation. Aufgrund einer geringeren <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Auslastung w\u00e4h-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">rend der Covid<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pandemie sinken die Einnahmen. <\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid21\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Die Kindertagesst\u00e4tten im Kanton Z\u00fcrich sind grunds\u00e4tzlich unterfinanziert, die Kosten wer-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">den haupts\u00e4chlich via Kita<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Taxen durch die Eltern getragen und k\u00f6nnen nicht weiter erh\u00f6ht <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">werden. Reserve<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">n zu bilden ist in diesem System nicht m\u00f6glich. Die Kindertagesst\u00e4tten kom-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">men schnell an ihre finanziellen Grenzen.<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid22\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Die auf Bundesebene diskutierte \u00dcberf\u00fchrung der jetzigen Anstossfinanzierung in eine ste-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">tige Unterst\u00fctzung zur Verg\u00fcnstigung von Elternbeit<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">r\u00e4gen ist nur ein Tropfen auf den heissen <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Stein. Wenn der Kanton Z\u00fcrich nichts unternimmt, m\u00fcssen mittel<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">&#8211;<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">und langfristig zahlreiche <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Kindertagesst\u00e4tten schliessen. Dies schadet der Betreuungsstruktur im Kanton wie auch der <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Ber<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">uf.<\/span> <\/span><span id=\"page5R_mcid23\" class=\"markedContent\"><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Im Kanton Z\u00fcrich wurde in den letzten Jahren ein breites Angebot an Kindertagesst\u00e4tten auf-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">gebaut. Vier von zehn Z\u00fcrcher Haushalten beanspruchen eine familienerg\u00e4nzende Betreu-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ung. Diese Errungenschaften sind nun gef\u00e4hrdet. Es ist wichtig, die bestehend<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">en Strukturen <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">zu erhalten und zu sichern, damit die Eltern nach der Pandemie wieder darauf zur\u00fcckgreifen <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">und arbeiten k\u00f6nnen. Auch gilt es, die Arbeitspl\u00e4tze der Fachpersonen, die in den Kinderta-<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">gesst\u00e4tten arbeiten, zu sichern.
